That means there are:
- NO Setup fees
- NO Monthly Costs
Note: SMSs sent and then rejected by the receiving phone network due to the recipients voicemail being full etc will still be charged as the receiving phone provider still charges for the SMS. Also note that the international standard length of one SMS is 160 characters.
